Sorry for my english, I'm french.
As I already told you several times, I had a problem with my order 1019895 of November 29th, the black friday.
I could not benefit from the offer for the CSP V3: I paid for it at the normal price (60 € more than the promotion), and I did not have the breake performance kit.
You offered to send me the breake performance kit for free, and I told you twice that I accepted. But I did not have confirmation.
I understand that this problem is due to the overload of the site because of the black friday. But I would still like you to do something for the 60 € that I paid too much because of that.
