HELP Ordering CANCEL or Return

I ordered a V3 pedal kit with a Brake performance kit on BlackFriday, but the price was not BlackFriday price. So, I canceled immediately. And then the order was canceled. A few days later, Fanatec changed the order status Canceled to The order has been shipped and charged my credit card.

I contacted Fanatec several times. NO answer, NO response.
