The clarification message just means your order is on hold awaiting the next step. You do not need to do anything. If needed, the sales team will contact you.

but all my items are available, payment is ok (29/11/2019).
If nobody answers me, I'll contact paypal for claim...
They will answer you. I'm sure your order is ok most likely Black Friday and the weekend is why they have not responded.
