Support case confirmation email?

I have a question, when I open up a support case over the ''my product'' page , do I get immediately a automated confirmation email or does this take some time as well?
I know because of the current situation a support answer will take much longer, but I just wanted to know if my request was eaten by the system, because I didn't get any notification after 2 days.

I received a confirmation email within a few hours but nothing since. This was on Saturday though.
Ok thank you for the answer. Also started a request at Saturday, but not even a confirmation until now , I guess they didn't even recieve my support request, but I don't want to spam another one, but I guess I have to...
It's the worst time to have problems, I really miss the time when you could live chat with someone from fanatec and an RMA was a matter of minutes... good luck with your request ;(
I went back in on Sunday to add some videos hoping that saves a few back-and-forth emails. Good luck with yours too.
Yeah I did the same a few minutes ago haha :D alright, let's wait and see. Somebody in a different thread said it normally takes up to one week for a response. But you should get at least the confirmation email, that means your case is registrated. That's whats freaking me out, I still don't got that email x)
Thank you :)
Just curious, did you do it through the My Products tab or direct email? I did it through the tab, clicked support.
I did it also through the My Products tab/ support, that was recommended by someone in a diffrent thread.
I had the same issue and had to email straight to the support email address.
Ok thank you for the information, I did the same and there I received a confirmation email directly, so maybe this works...
I guess I can't race for at least a month... I'm dieing xD ....
If you get a guy name Chris good luck smfh
I had never to deal with a bad person at Fanatec, everybody could help me out in the past and was very friendly, but I'm based in Germany, maybe in other countries it's a littlebit different...
I guess they have a lot of stress right now due to the demand explosion of simracing stuff, so my mindset is already to keep it easy and let them take their time they need to respond.
