Trying to make a support ticket - web interface not working
Hi,
Could anybody help me with the issue of web interface which is not working at all?
The whole day I am trying to make the support ticket. I have managed to enter the issue in the morning but every time I clicked to send the message, the interface simply cleared out. So, I am not sure whether anything was sent (I did not receive any confirmation email) and now there is even no way of trying it again.
What is more, there is no direct way of contacting support via email or phone which simply disconnected every time during working hours (between 14-16) today.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The website was buggy the last couple of days but should be working fine now.

Indeed, thanks, managed to place my ticket today using the first small message and then adding to it with a longer explanation through email.
