Ordered the f1 limited edition wheel with f1 2020 game, but no game in my account.

I've ordered the F1 2020 limited edition steering wheel and checked the box for the pc version of the game in my shopping cart. After release I realised that the game isn't on my invoice, but why would I buy such an expensive wheel without F1 2020 for 1$? This should come standard with the wheel. I checked the box for the pc version, I'm certain of that. Others have had this problem as well and I think Fanatec should help these people.
As a loyal customer to Fanatec, I'm truly dissapointed in their customer service. They are charging premium prices without any service. They aren't responding to my messages in any way. This was the last time I've ordered something from them and I'm not going to recommend them to others. It's sad to see such a fine company handling their customers this way.

Me too, tried to no avail to get to add.
I've had the same experience: I'm pretty sure I had added the $1 F1 game to my order, but it wasn't present on the invoice.
