Return DD1 with failure
Because the first DD1 I received was defective, they sent me another one.
Now I have to return the first DD1 and I have received an email with the labels to paste in the box and i have to take them to the post office.
I have answered to the email where you sent me the labels, saying that I cannot take the DD1 box to the post office because it is very heavy, the office is far away and I also do not have a car. But I Have not received a response.
Please i need you send the messenger to pick it up at my address.
