Status is clarification needed

I just placed a nearly $2500 order and status says "clarification needed" in red. I checked my bank and the money has been taken out. I also sent an email but have yet to get a response. A few weeks ago I placed an order using the same information and everything worked fine. Is there an efficient way to resolve this issue?

  • fraud protection, its a 2500 ding. probably take a minute to clear, i believe the same happened when i ordered my dd1 for ps4, hope i works out for u.

  • It's been 5 days and status still hasn't changed and haven't even received a confirmation email.
