Does Fanatec send "Cancellation Confirmation" emails?
Hey everyone,
It's been 2 days since I mistakenly requested an order cancellation. Not a big deal, since I can just place a new order, but I'm finding that there's no way to confirm whether or not that cancellation request actually went through. My order status is blank.
The credit card payment posted today, which is leaving me even more confused. I tried contracting Fanatec, even calling long distance to Germany during the time frame alloted, and have had no luck.
So a few questions for those with experience:
- Has anyone successfully cancelled an order?
- How did you know it was confirmed as cancelled?
- Was there an email? A "cancelled" status on the order page, maybe?

It took mine 3 days to hit back into my account. Should get a email soon.
Ahhh, okay. I'm sure they are swamped, but I suppose I'm just use to getting those automated emails immediately. Thanks for the insight!
