Cancellation/refund
Hey so I ordered someone around 2 days ago and then about an hour or so after ordering I cancelled it. I haven’t heard anything about the status of my order/cancellation and would love an update where possible!

If your go through the forums you will see a lot of canceled / refund related topics.
As per info from other members and the forum manager, usually the cancellation is processed the next working day and takes about 2-3 days to get credited back on your card. There have been occasion that it took a bit longer but full amounts were refunded.
Ah okay, thank you very much for the information. I was concerned as I haven’t received any email/notification about it
Is your online account still showing the products with any notes of delivery dates or anything?
No but it does say under status “open”
