Fanatec email response time
Last Friday I contacted Fanatec through email for the 5th(?) time about my RMA.
At this moment I still have not received a reply. Is it normal for their response to take this long?
It has been 5 weeks since I sent my product out for repairs. I was supposed to receive the invoice last week but nothing appeared in my mailbox.
I am aware of the fact that there are changes regarding their warehouse and website are taking place but come on, 5 weeks for a repair that should take no longer than 30 minutes is absolutely unacceptable.

I might be a little bit more lucky than you, I just hope they dont send you a faulty device again like they did to me, I am too waiting for my 2nd RMA, 1st and 2nd RMA is now gonna make almost 2 months in total since I've been unable to use what I paid for.
No no no no, i just sent mine back monday on RMA. Gives me chills...
