Clutch won’t work Club sport V3 inverted

Bought 2 sets of club sport v3 pedals for me and my brother. His works fine, mine don’t. My gas and brake work fine but the clutch does nothing. It won’t pickup nowhere. Not with the Fanatec software, windows or any games. Any help is appreciated.
