[Fanatec] Question regarding order

Dear Fanatec,


I'd like to get a status update on my order #1094247. I've not receive any information regarding the order and it is being pushed back over and over. When I pre-ordered my DD1 bundle, I was waiting for the DD1 to get back into stock. At this point I kept a notice if the DD1 was back in stock. Unfortunately, I assume this is the case, the Advanced podium pedals and the Formula V2 wheel were not taken out of stock, resulting in the order being pushed back to 14th of August?!.


Is there anything you could tell me regarding my order?

    Hi Bouke,

    As you may have noticed, there is a message on the front page of the site relating to an issue with Bundles in the EU region. This could be affecting your order, but only the sales team would be able to confirm that.
