When are the PreOrders shipping?

I've placed an order (#1087316) on the 23th of May for an xbox comp pack with loadcel kit.

The preorder date/availability date was 3rd of July, which was fine by me!

In an email from customer service they confirmed that the items would be shipped on the 3rd of July.

This monday everything on my order changed to availabilty date of 29th of june, but it still is not shipped.

And now i read in some forum posts that some or all preorder bundles are stuck in the system.

Can someone tell me what is going on? and when my order is getting shipped?

Hi Tom,

It is true that there is a technical issue with backorders, and it being addressed with the highest priority. I can assure you that the sales team are doing everything they can to ship items out as soon as possible.

This is going on for months now if I should believe all the forum threads over here. People who order the same thing when it’s on stock get it shipped the same day while people who had it in pre-order had to wait.... and if they where unlucky got no message at all that their order was delayed with another month.... but where noticed after contacting customer support and got an reply after a few weeks if they even got an reply.

So maybe Fanatec should stop taking pre-orders and fix all the issues it has with it’s current pre-orders and do something about its customer satisfaction.

Good news on this end, just received a mail, that my order is changed to "warehouse processing" and getting prepped for shipping. Lets see how that turns out!
