no more online Tchat with Fanatec technician ?

Earlier I could enter online chat with a Fanatec technician or seller, but I no longer find this option on the site, is it still available? thank you

    I get from all the complaints in this forum and on the web Fanatec has chosen not to interact with customers so I am posting an alternative organization who are not putting blame on COVID for customer service deviancies.
