Be aware! Possible scam company. Still haven’t received my products in over 44 days.
I ordered a base and wheel from this company and received in 3 days. Items were defective and i returned them on my own dime @55.00 shipping plus 66.00 for tech support to Germany. I was emailed a week later that the items were defective and they would be shipping a new one to me soon. I waited 3 weeks and nothing. I emailed the Fanatec to find out tracking and status. They gave me a tracking number which was sent to a wrong address. Now I haven’t heard from them in over a week. Very unhappy and feel as i have been scammed. BE AWARE. This company does not communicate worth a crap. I would highly recommend you dont do business with this company unless you use paypal or a bank you can file a claim with to get your funds back.

I am in a similar situation, ordered 2.6k € worth of products 15th June (all in stock) my order is still in progress and my money gone... I have emailed customer support but got no response yet.. Would not recommend at all to place any orders at the moment to Fanatec.
Your case is easier. Cancel your order and get your refund if you feel that you are scammed. Although a scammer wouldn't give you your money back.
Yeah, don't mistake a lack of competence for a illegitimate business.
You'll EVENTUALLY get your items, they just don't care when and can't be bothered to let you know a realistic timeline.
What about... getting what i paid for? did not pre-order anything and got no info about my order in 2 weeks..
You feel scammed (huge allegation but these is like small printing to you) and throw allegations instead of waiting like everyone else since you see ALL OVER THE FREAKING INTERNET and not only this forum, that since April there is a HUDGE problem.
Still you went a put an order. Good but have the patience. Or else if you feel like that and you don't want to wait, just cancel the order and get your money back.
A real scammer would never give you a refund.
Ever notice how looting and destroying things is celebrated when the people that did it are of one particular persuasion... hmm lol

I get being patient, but from may 3rd to July is unacceptable. Even a email saying “ we are experiencing a high volume of sales plus Covid excuses so you will have to wait for your items till we can get to them”. Would be somewhat excusable, but not responding to emails, not taking phone calls, no way to conduct business. Not to mention they gave me a tracking number showing it got shipped to the wrong place. That was a month ago. I have reached out via email 3 times with no response. I dont like to knock companies, but when they tie up a thousand dollars and wont communicate, and charged me for next day shipping, Not buying it. Ive read a bunch of comments that match mine. They need to get their crap together.

Would love an update as well as my stuff got delivered to the wrong address 100's of kilometers away and Canada Post is not helping.
