V3 Pedal vibrations with T300 Wheelbase

I am playing iRacing and Assetto Corsa with Thrustmaster T300.

Is it necessary to have the v3 pedals connected to a clubsport wheelbase to use the vibration feature? Or can I use this feature with a csl elite wheelbase too? Or even with the Thrustmaster wheelbase? I know I can connect the v3 directly to a pc.

Can i use vibration feature from v3 pedals at those games?

I asked Fanatec but didnt get a response.

    I race with the thrustmaster T 500 RS and the fanatec V3 paddles On pc I’m able to calibrate directly USB plugged into the computer all rumble packs work On iracing for me brake and gas.Hope this helps
