Cannot Place Purchase

Hey Fanatec,
A little frustrated. I have been trying to put an order in to purchase your new wheel bundle that is coming out tomorrow with peddles + Stickers. My first order attempt got blocked by my credit card as suspicious. Naturally I thought I put information in incorrectly so I attempted two more times to no avail. I called my credit card company @ Mastercard and they said they put a restriction and then lifted it after I spoke to them.
Awesome, time to buy the stuff.
Now I don't know if Fanatic has flagged my card or account, but I cannot put an order in and mastercard says no order is going through to them. Your support email doesn't work. It's bouncing my emails back. I just want to buy your product. Please, any help would be fantastic.
The error I get btw is:
Error with payment: Error with payment
I have no idea what that means but it simply will not allow me to pay with any method.

Seems to be an ongoing issue. I have had no problems making purchases in the past weeks. But since the last week none of my cards work. Neither does PayPal work. All I get is the Error with payment message.
I reached out to webshop@fanatec.com, but haven't heard back from them yet.
They're going to take...a while.
I've asked questions from April that still haven't been answered. I would compare their CS to Big Foot...but people appear to have had evidence of big foot.
Perhaps now is not a good time to put in a purchase?
If it is sketchy, I don't want to be dropping 2-3k on a wheel if there are issues with communication from buyer to seller. Some official response to this would be really swell.

I ended up ordering my products from simulation1.ca
The items are priced slightly higher, but at least I could order what I wanted.
i had a similar problem, had to create a new log in and try ordering again. That was the only solution i could think of.
