Order cancelled but still charged

Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen. I cancelled an order about 10 minutes after placing it to make the purchase on different card. Fanatec still charged me on the cancelled order and I'm trying to contact them to get the charge reversed

    The charge will happen instantly. They will refund quickly as well though, usually next business day.

    I forgot to mention that I saw the immediate charge but it was listed as processing. I then cancelled the order and usually the processing charge goes away after a couple of days, but the charge is completely through now and isnt processing anymore

    Cancellations are processed next working day. If you have clicked 'cancel', you do not need to contact the sales team. The process will be completed, but it can take a few days before the amount appears on your bank/PayPal account.
