Customer Service and Availability Date
Hello, i hope a lot of fanatec employee read this Forum and forward the user feedback to the management
We ordered 1 month ago v3 pedals, fanatec change availability date and no reaction of contact (10 days ago).... its unacceptable for a good company to lead such policies to customers
i read more and more canceled orders and change to other manufacturer, we wait until next monday and if no feedback or delivery status from fanatec we change too the manufacturer

They don't care, in fact their CEO threw out the idea of charging more for the products, while also boasting that they're currently over 6x the amount of orders from the previous year.

the feedbacks on the internet are very bad and u think newbies buy when their read 2/5 Stars? :D haha i think you have no idea of marketing and business! its only a time of change manufacturer ;)

Just because you're too lazy too look up information doesn't make it automatically incorrect, also I have 10 years experience working for an e-commerce company so I know exactly what I'm talking about. Maybe learn to read and form sentence structure before calling others idiots ;D
