F1 2019 CSL Elite Wheel Centering

I just got F1 2019 and I cant center my wheel in game. I got a CSL elite 1.1 with the F1 esports wheel. When my wheel is physically centered it says -9 in the ingame menu. It works fine however in every other game and I didnt have this problem in F1 2018.
