This is probably the wrong place but I am at my wits end . Fanatec are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from . My sim set up just won’t work it keeps disconnecting and now won’t drive I spent a small fortune and it’s just a pile of shit I have sent lots of emails which on the whole go unanswered I just don’t know what to do what they need is an engineer to travel the country and help people fix or resolve issues so with great regret I am selling my rig as I can’t get it to work properly!!!

If I switch off my wheelbase while my PC is on it often I think... I don't want to experiment.. it can no longer see my wheel (or QR) it things the QR driver is v 0.0.0.0 and often things I have a CSW connected (I have the CSDD) it once thought I had a handbrake connected... I don't have a fanatec handbrake...
I think the software gets mixed up with some other hardware devices and it all goes this poo
Stability over form! if that means a new driver UI then great..
But the only UI enhancements I would like would be to add pedal curve adjustments

I would like to be able to disable selected wheelbase compatibility modes in the software. For example, in the ClubSport DD+ wheelbase I only use two modes - PS5 and PC, and the wheelbase has several other modes that I don't need and often have to click through - PS5 comp, PS4, PS4 comp, Xbox, PC comp - I don't need them and I would like to be able to turn them off in the driver.

So many issues with new driver & firmware releases, seems to me its as bad as Microsoft, Fanatec are simply not testing this stuff. I am still on my first driver release and intend to stay there until I read new releases are stable on ALL hardware. I would recommend to everyone with the Christmas holidays coming up, and hopefully time off for most of you, that you also stick with what you got until the new year.

Your statement has nothing to do with the new driver UI though, its all pure Firmware related.
I think that an online sharing system of settings by game and base via the new interface would already be a good upgrade and would help a lot future new Fanatec users to get started, because at the beginning it is easy to get lost in the settings. I know some who left Fanatec because they had bad feelings precisely because they were overwhelmed by the settings too complex for them. Maurice Boschen does a good job but still a lot of manipulation to set up.
So a setup sharing system sorted by wheel Base and games and independent of the wheel used to keep our selections of light colors and flashing delays.
And thank you for your effort and time to improve our passion and pleasure !

Any more news on when there will be a beta available?
Sometime in H1 is the current plan.
Please dont expect too much, as its a first public beta it wont have all the features of the current driver and Lab implemented and it will have much more issues than the current driver or FanaLab softwares which are more or less bug-free.

This is indeed the wrong place.
Well fanatec aren’t willing to help me so even if it is in the wrong place I don’t give a fig
ok.

Order 1900642
My order was canceled (I requested it), but I did not receive my money back.
I sent emails but I didn't receive any response. Are you going to return my money or are you going to steal it from me?
Wrong thread.
Idea for the UI would be a diagnostic function to test for functionality (motor temp, voltage graph, peak power at time of test, fault codes, etc.).
Also, a scalable res setting within the UI window itself, or like a zoom percentage function like what you in Microsoft apps.

This would need to be implemented in the firmware, not into the UI, and is currently not planned.
Is it possible to add wheel telemetry monitor solution (graphical) so that we could see how much FFB strenght is being sent to the wheel ?
No.
