Customer Support Phone Number for Fanatec US?
Does anyone have a customer support phone number for Fanatec US? It appears that FedEx has lost 1 of 2 packages from my order (the last update was back on Dec 12 when it supposedly reached my local distribution center) but I can't figure out any way to get this resolved. I have opened tickets with them, both by replying to their webshop email address and by filling out their customer support form but apart from an automated confirmation with a ticket number there has been zero action or response in the last week.
