DD+ connection problems

Since the beginning of this year, I've been having trouble with the same kind of problem as the attached video, which occurs randomly.

(The steering monitor and LEDs go off and the FFB is lost, then it recovers.)

I bought the extension shaft released last year in early December, installed it, and it worked perfectly fine until January 3rd of this year.

I've now removed the extension shaft, but the problem hasn't been solved.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Also, if anyone knows how to deal with this problem, please let me know.

does not make sense , why your steering wheel moves front and back? it is loose or something ?

My cabinet is foldable from Next Level Racing.

It's been about 3 years since I used it. That's why the steering moves back and forth.
