Service?

Hi,

Last year it took more than a month to have my GT wheel setup delivered. With plenty of mails to the customer service, ongoing black week deals and the promise of 3-5 days delivery.

This time I ordered the WRC wheel with the adapter (on 27th December), arrived today and guess what - adapter missing, delivery incomplete- no update, no information.

So now I'm sitting here with a wheel I can't use. 1st world problem, I know - but why is almost every order with fanatic such a struggle?? I just can't believe how a company which such great products (and elevated prices) have such a bad logistic in the backend.

Or maybe it is just me, don't know.

    they usually comes with separate package. sometimes may arrive at next day

    deliver company have allot package, they sometimes are not able sort them out for one transfer

  • This is nothing. Try to RMA it. That's where the real trouble starts... They ship every package separated so it's just probably stuck/delayed for a day or two. Check tracking numbers. Also Rally module hasn't been fixed since release (software) so you will also have problems there to.

  • Same here, no adaptor for qr2 either. They did send a V3 brake damper kit that I didn’t order and can’t use. Sent a ticket, they got one more day to respond or it all goes back.
