Wheel not working but being detected

When I put in my wheel it is connected and detected to the wheel base. However, when I try to do the force feedback test or even move the wheel, the wheel base doesn’t show the input. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Hi Suela! We recommend to have the latest driver package installed and that our firmware is up to date. Please know that our latest steering wheels require the latest driver package and firmware for your base in order to be recognized.     I am have an error code 2753 when uninstalling or installing any updates to the drivers

    Update - The wheel's buttons and all LED's work fine, however, it doesn't recognize when I steer left or right.
