maybe helps if you reinstall the firmware, but it could be that microship go end his live
Hey there! Thanks for reaching out and sharing the video with us. It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with navigating the menus and adjusting your setup through the analog button on your CSL Elite Steering Wheel P1. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’re here to help you get it sorted.
We recommend double-checking if there are any firmware updates available for both your wheel and wheelbase, as they can often resolve unexpected behavior. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to our support team with your setup details, and we'll be happy to assist further. Best, your Fanatec team.
As far as I know you only have Fanatec Control Panel as a driver and I am using the latest version, I am already on PC Driver version 464. If you have a separate driver that I don't know about, they are not available on the fanatec page of the products, where can I find them?. Already sent ticket mail at 05.12.2024 but you guys didin't even replied...
Tried once didin't work either. I dont know about the microchip but i recently changed the 12pin with the new one same issue occurs with old pins too. Is there any way for me to understand if the microchip is end his live or not?
I have checked that all the frimware/software is up to date. the problem seems to be the setup button, normally when I press it the first time it should go to settings and the second time it should go to speedometer or 7-seg display but now it is just stuck in setup.
if its a button then i guess its possible see for example in game , but if you press button and it not want go menu at all then it sounds like microchip issue self, you steering wheel is kind off old, they probably not last forever
an update
When I first turn on, if I don't press the tune button at all, I can navigate the in-game menus with the analog very easily. But if I press the tune button even once, like in the video, the button works but does not exit the setup section.
Do you guys still think its a microchip issue? if so i ll take actions about it, thank you.
