Will the McLaren gt3 v2 with the normal $100 wheel side QR2 have full torque capability on the club sport DD+ to 15nm?

ima be upset if I upgrade from the Lit QR2 and get the $100 QR2 and order the club sport DD+ to get capped still at 8nm of torque.
