New Steering wheel pricing doesn't include QR
I am in for a new steering wheel in the (EU) web shop.
But looking at prices i do not want to be surprised by an extra 99 Euro's added to the already high price of a steering wheel just because i "need" a Quick release system.
It's not that i can choose for a wheel without a QR system, I have to choose a system and have to pay the extra 99 Euro for the standard QR2.
What if I already have a QR which i bought second hand or from a third party.
My three cents;
Just at the standard QR2 to clubsport wheel configurations initially and the Pro as an upgrade option.
At the Light version to the CSL wheels and the standard and Pro version as an upgrade option.
And at the option to order a wheel without a QR system, but with a warning you need a QR for a fully functional wheel.
PS QR is rather expensive for what you get... just my opinion...

I bought a BMW M3 GT2 Wheel in April.
And I bought the QR2 with it also.
My biggest surprised was to "not" having to replace the QR1 by the QR2 but to received a wheel with NO QR at all.
So it looks like the wheel is now with no QR, and you add the one you need. At least from my experience, except if it's litteraly said somewhere (like the Red Bull F1 Wheel come with a QR2)
That's the case for the last 3 or 4 years already.
yep, but then we still had the free QR1 option.
That is some very valid points and I agree with them totally.
Well at least the QR1 is in stock and free again. That is something.
Although i do like the proposed change.
