Shipment Issue (Urgent)

Hello,
I ordered a Formula V2.5 with QR1 on 26th of November. Both wheel and QR1 was in stock while i was ordering.
Invoice has been prepared and the order processed to the warehouse in the same day on 26 th of Nov. But I have been still waiting for it to be shipped. While Everyone's order is shipped immediately , İ don't know why mine has been still awaiting for 4 days. Could it be related to a stock issue of QR1? I hope it is not. Becuase that was in stock at the time of order.
It is really urgent for me. Because it will be shipped to my hotel where i will visit between 6-9 December. If i can't get the product by end of next friday (6th of Dec) , i will never be able to receive again as i will leave early morning on Monday (9th of Dec).
I raised a ticket about the issue (ticket number: 2007877634). I hope someone can help me with this.
