How to get in contact with Fanatec refer an order - Tried email, phone and twitter
Hi,
I am trying to contact Fanatec by email but haven;'t had any reply.
It refer to an order that is being processed, but I need to change the address if possible.
I did try to call the Fanatec customer hotline but it been suspended due to being busy over black friday.
The current status is: Handover to warehouse
How should I get it contact with Fanatec, I have tried by email, phone and now Twitter.
I am unable to cancel the order as it been processed, just waiting for it to be dispatched, but I am going to be moving soon, which wasn't planned when I ordered the wheel.

Looks like it maybe to late now as there a tracking number been created but not been picked up yet.
Hi Garry, if you're in US, you can have your order re-routed to a Walgreens pick-up point of their choice. You only need their tracking number for this. For detailed instructions: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/drop-off-pick-up-walgreens.html
