Ticket 2007804094 - Clubsport DD+ today start with a bad behaviour

Hello, good morning,

I have a Clubsport DD+ that 2 days ago start with a bad and strange behaviour.

Was working perfectly until i turned on yesterday for the second time:

It started to do the coil whine noise, the force feedback seems very hard and you can feel the magnets very strong only when turn on the wheel, something that i never felt before. Everytime i turn on, it does not stay on the 0% center, i turna to the right or left 24º.

I tried to manual install the firmware again, but i doesn’t allow me, lost usb connection and dont establish again.

I contacted the support, send videos and explained everything but the conversation is like a loop, everyday they ask me the serial number and videos, that i allready sent.


the ticket number is 2007804094.

i just want to have my base fixed or replaced, and not have to wait a lot of time.


I hope somebody from fanatec can help me with this.
