calibration porsche gt3 rs at 45°

Hello, I think i have broke my steering wheel, when i start the the wheel move directly at 45°, and when i want to turn left, 45° before the end of the turn i have vibration that occure normaly at the end but i can't go anymore. I have try to lock it at 500° and it's easy to see that the motor isn't straight anymore.

I already try to reset the calibration but nothing change, i m just asking you if you think i need to open it for put back the motor or if it's down so i can see for buy a new one.

    my driver version is 261 and firmware version is 756
